SpriT Frontyard Frozen is an exciting 1K course at "Rabbit Land" in Torna Hällestad, featuring a light trail with a gentle start followed by a challenging 100m uphill (15m D+) after approximately 600m of running. The finish consists of a calm 300m sprint on a nice path, free of asphalt or gravel. This competition is perfect for those looking to test their speed and running strategy, where you run as many laps as you can before the clock stops you!

Highlights

  • A nice 1K course at "Kaninlandet" in Torna Hällestad: light trail with a gentle start followed by a 100m (tough) hill (15m elevation gain).
  • The lap is 1 km (Light Trail) and you should run it as many times as you can or until the clock stops you!
